Aghore River also known as Deaf River ..... Legends has it that, Shri Ramchandraji and Meri Maiya Sita during their exile along with Shri Laxmanji, had prayed here ..... One morning when they were praying near the river, the river had been furious and they could not concentrate on their Puja ..... It is said that Shri Ramchandarji drew a arrow and hit the river water and from that day onwards this river has become silent .....
Even at times when the river is gushing with water their is no noise at all ..... as it is absolutely silent and flows quietly.

There are two large active Mud Volcanoes on the coast of Balochistan. The higher one being 450 feet and the other about 250 feet with a large crater housing a small pond of bubbling water. Amongst numerous volcanoes these two are the largest and highest mud volcanoes in the region.

These Mud Volcanoes are considered very Holy and have a special position in our Hindu religion. They are called "Chandrakoop" or "Ramkoop".
Meri Maiya bhakts traveling to Meri Maiya Hinglajdevi Bhavan stop here and make offerings of coconuts and other rituals.
In his book “Agneyateerth Hinglaj” Devdutt Shastri mentions that Meri Maiya bhakts offer a coconut to Chandrakoop and loudly confess all their sins committed by Him / Her and the bubbling mud would accept the coconut only if all the sins had been confessed, or else throw it out on dry land.
"Chandrakoop" or "Ramkoop"
Meri Maiya Darbar is further along the coast about 100 kilometers.

You can see the mud flowing down in slow motion along the left side. This mud is said to have great healing powers, and Meri Maiya bhakts come here to bathe in it.

Meri Maiya Yatra: Meri Maiya Hinglajdevi Darbar, is situated in a mountain cave "Hinglaj" at the foothills of "Kheerthar" mountains called "Kanraj" in Lyari district of Balochistan, the province of Pakistan. It is about 250 Km North West of Karachi, on the Banks of River "Hingol" at "Makran"
Meri Maiya Yatra begins from Karachi. Meri Maiya bhakts can go by road from Karachi - Quetta Highway upto Zero Point for about 120 Km and then towards the west via Lyari town.
They then follow towards the signal Fauji Camp Stop, crossing Aghore River passing through Goongi River and then finally stopping at Asha Pura Sarai, Uthal a small town in Balochistan province which is about three hours drive.
From Aghore, Meri Maiya Darbar is 15 Km, but 5 km before Meri Maiya Bhavan the vehicles have to cross Hingol river. It will take you one and a Half hour to Chandarkoop and another one hour to Meri Maiya Hinglajdevi Darbar.

It would be discrimination on part of Culture, Secularism and Humanity to call Meri Maiya Hinglajdevi Darbar solely as a Hindu Pilgrimage. The fact is Muslims brothers too worship it as “Nani-Ka-Haj” which means “Grandmother’s Shrine”.
Each year they organize a grand cultural-fair at Meri Maiya Darbar and take active part in this celebration. They worship Meri Maiya with the same devotion as they do in the mosque. As for the offerings they carry mostly a Red Cloth, Attar (Perfume) and Agarbattis (Incense Sticks). Just like Hindus they too worship the temple for their cultural rites and rituals. It’s impossible to predict whether it’s a Hindu temple or a Muslim Mosque.
